Paraptoma, or Demented With Youth, is a collection of one hundred strips that originally ran on my website, www.strip-for-me.com. Revolving around a four panel grid, they are an exploration of colour and of light, of the interplay of line and word, of the schism between the young and the old. Paraptoma, or Demented With Youth, is a map of the generational battleground, a list of the wounds inflicted, of the scars retained. A comic about the poetry of escalation, of repetition.
